Balmoral developer: Timeis now for Bahamian buyers
A local developer is urging Bahamians actively interested in a new home to buy ahead of an expected uptick in foreign investment real estate purchases.
Jason Kinsale, principal of The Balmoral Development–which he says has injected$23 million to$25 million into the Bahamian economy in its roughly two years in operation–said now is the time to make that move.
“The rush is now for Bahamian buyers with money who are passing up great market deals to savvy foreign investors who recognize The Balmoral’s desirable neighborhood is priced better than expected.”
He adds,”We are simply reflecting market realities which suggests a shift by consumers toward greater attention to’move-in ready’equity investment, and they may not have the time or the inclination to build a new single family home.”
His statement comes as The Balmoral Development announces’move-in ready,’style and quality-priced new single family homes for first-time buyers, who require no changes to standard floor plans in a rapidly competitive housing market.
Of the 28 units in Phase II under construction, three single family homes are new, hassle-free build outs now available to homebuyers at the master-planned community located on Sanford Drive near Cable Beach.
Recent trends are showing today’s first-time homebuyers are putting a huge effort into coming up with down payment cash–an inevitable by-product that points to a lot of room for negotiating a least costly new single family home.
An example of the new’move-in ready’two-story single family homes at Balmoral is the plan A5 concept(lot size at 7,356)with three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a two car garage and approximately 2,578 square feet(not including patio and entrance).
In addition to being in a great location, The Balmoral Development offers special pricing on specific featured homes. From gated, tropical landscaping and elegant living with a club house, tennis courts, swimming pool and features that help reduce home energy consumption, Balmoral offers homebuyers a varied and appealing lifestyle selection in the beautiful islands.
Kinsale adds,”We want Bahamians to take first advantage of spending good investment dollars that make sense.”
