Leading brokers and developers across New Providence are reporting a visible increase in sales, rentals and inquiries during the first quarter of 2011.
The news comes from Bahama Islands Realty in a March 16 press release, citing the launch of the Marina Drive Condo by Palm Cay Developments as evidence of renewed confidence in The Bahamas.
