Jury chosen in construction site murder trial
A jury has been chosen to hear the case of Phanuel Charles.
Charles is accused of the murder of Leonard Lionel Johnson who was stabbed to death during a fight at the Evangelist Temple construction site in 2009.
Senior Supreme Court Justice Jon Isaacs dismissed the jury until Monday when the trial is expected to begin.
In the meantime, prosecutor Darnell Dorsette and defense lawyers Ian Cargill and Tai Pinder will address legal issues.
