Two arrested in connection with shopbreaking

Police arrested two men on Saturday in connection with a shopbreaking incident.

The incident reportedly happened between Friday night and Saturday.

According to police, the two men, ages 32 and 28, are in police custody after they were found in possession of a large quantity of suspected stolen jewelry believed to be the property of Michael Anthony Jewelers.

According to police reports, shortly after 10 a.m. on Saturday, police received information that some unknown persons broke into Michael Anthony Jewelers in Palmdale, and stole an assortment of jewelry.

Active police investigations continue.
