Business and Marketing Community Institute hosts opening session
The Business and Marketing Community Institute (BMCI) launched its first series of business seminars on Thursday January 4th. Many registrants came out and were enriched by presentations from Sunshine Holdings CEO Sir Franklyn Wilson, Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers Confederation CEO Edison Sumner and Royal Bank of Canada Managing Director Nathaniel Beneby.
Sessions will continue on Saturday January 13 at 3:00 p.m. with presentations from CEO of Bamboo Shack, Elaine Pinder, speaking on “Thinking Big and Building the next Big Franchise”, and CEO of Jet Link Adventures Lincoln Deal, who will be speaking on “Innovation, Marketing and the Future”.
The BMCI mission is to develop businesses via corporate partnerships through business training, mentorship, networking, business planning sessions and access to funding for business through top companies.
