Cleveland McPhee, 20, of Wulff Road, is accused of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl of 14 on June 25. Prosecutors allege that McPhee and others committed statutory rape on the date in question.
Sydney Sylvain, 23, of Abundant Life Road, is accused of the statutory rape of a 14-year-old between March and June 2018.
Douglas Cleare, 22, of Tucker Road, is charged with the indecent assault of a girl, age seven, on July 2.
Ethan Bain, 45, of Palmetto Avenue, is accused of the indecent assault of a girl, 12, during October 2017.
Kevin Cooper, 43, of Milton Street, is accused of indecently assaulting a girl, nine, on June 30.
None of the accused was required to enter pleas to the charges, as they will be tried before a Supreme Court judge and a jury.
Their cases will be fast-tracked to the Supreme Court by voluntary bills of indictment, which will be presented on September 12.
