Battle 4 Atlantis early match-ups announced
Atlantis, the lush, oceanside resort located on Paradise Island in The Bahamas, has announced that the highly-anticipated 2018 Bad Boy Mowers Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament will begin on Wednesday November 21, with an impressive field that has a combined 21 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Final Four appearances and four national championships.
A total of eight top-tier NCAA teams will make up this year’s field, including the 2014 Battle 4 Atlantis Champion, the Wisconsin Badgers. The 2018-19 Badgers will be joined by Florida, Virginia, Butler, Dayton, Stanford, Oklahoma and Middle Tennessee State in the NCAA Division I early-season college basketball tournament.
Once again, the Bad Boy Mowers Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament dates fall over the United States Thanksgiving holiday weekday (November 21-23, 2018). The 12-game tournament, which is in its eighth season, is known to be one of the most challenging early-season men’s college basketball tournaments.
The three-day tournament will begin on Wednesday November 21, and will include the following match-ups: Game 1 – Florida vs. Oklahoma (12 noon EST); Game 2 – Wisconsin vs. Stanford (2:30 p.m. EST); Game 3 – Butler vs. Dayton (7:00 p.m. EST); and Game 4 – Virginia vs. Middle Tennessee State (9:30 p.m. EST).
All 12 games will be played at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, inside the Imperial Arena – the majestic and spacious 3,900-seat venue.
Each game will be televised on the ESPN network and available to stream via the ESPN app.
