Police yesterday seized 19.8 pounds of cocaine valued at $135,000 and arrested 10 men and three women on a Haitian vessel in the harbor in Great Inagua.
According to reports, officers from the Drug Enforcement Unit, Marine Support Unit and U.S law enforcement conducted a joint operation around 2 a.m.
Police said they searched the vessel and recovered nine packages of cocaine.
The suspects are expected to be charged in court next week.
