Two arraigned for Fox Hill murders
Police say they have solved the murders of two men recently killed in Fox Hill.
Alvardo Curry and Pedreito Mejias, both 20, are accused of the shooting death of Javardo Thompson, otherwise known as “JoJo”, and the attempted murder of Antonio Morley.
The victims were at the Fox Hill Park around 3 p.m. on March 17 when a gunman riding pillion on a moped opened fire on them.
Both suspects later surrendered to police.
Curry and Mejias were not required to enter pleas to the charges and have been denied bail.
They were represented by Ian Cargill.
