Disappointed at canopy cutting
I write today as a very ticked-off citizen who lives west. There has been for decades a lovely canopy of poinciana trees from the Lyford Cay roundabout to the Old Fort roundabout. Our uncaring government with no sense of beauty has cut them all back, destroying the canopy.
I have heard it was to accommodate the generators for BPL. If this is true, they could have found another way. BPL is disgusting in its service and the uncaring attitude it adopts.
I know it is too late, but I had to write as a person (one of many) who is really angry at the attitude of the government and how it treats things of beauty in our lovely country.
