Two men were charged yesterday with a double murder that occurred at Potter’s Cay Dock on May 8.
Deshawn Brooks, 25, of Pineville, North Andros, and Ramon “Monee” Young, 30, of Coral Harbour Road, were charged with the murder of Meric Russell and Lathario Lockhart.
Brooks and Young were not required to enter a plea to the charge when they appeared before Magistrate Samuel McKinney.
Dominic “Rich Kid” Johnson, 28, of Kent Drive, Coral Harbour, was charged with two counts of abetment in relation to the murders of Russell and Lockhart.
The three men were remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services on Fox Hill.
They are set to return to court on June 20 at 12 p.m.
