Woman dies in San Salvador traffic accident
A woman was killed in a car accident shortly after 12 p.m. yesterday on Queen’s Highway, San Salvador, according to police.
Police said the incident, which occurred near the community of Sandy Point, involved a champagne 2011 Hyundai Crossover and a black 2010 Nissan Note.
The drivers and passengers of both vehicles received injuries and were transported to the clinic where one woman was pronounced dead.
The other injured people were listed in serious condition and had to be flown to New Providence for further medical attention.
It is unclear how many people were involved in the accident.
