A male juvenile was shot and killed Tuesday night on New Providence, according to police.
Police said shortly before 11 p.m. three men were walking on Raymond Road when they were approached by three armed men, who shot them before running away.
The injured men were transported to hospital, where police said one of them, a juvenile, was pronounced dead.
Police said the other men were listed in serious condition.
The Guardian understands the boy killed was 17 years old.
This incident pushes the country’s murder count to 33 for the year, according to The Nassau Guardian’s records.
