A 19-year-old Haitian man was yesterday charged with murder and three counts of attempted murder that stemmed from a shooting.
Prosecutors say Wesley Delhomme, of Pinedale, is responsible for the May 28 murder of James Delean and the attempted murders of Kevin Telusnord, Walvins Garconville and Bryan Morley.
Delhomme, who was represented by Nathan Smith, was not required to enter pleas to the charges and has been remanded to prison.
He next returns to court on July 17.
