Man denies circulating sex tape
A 21-year-old man accused of voyeurism was yesterday granted $5,000 bail.
Fenron Ferguson, of Faith United Way, is accused of making and circulating a sex tape of a woman, who had a reasonable expectation of privacy, on June 8.
Ferguson denied the charge at his arraignment before Magistrate Samuel McKinney.
McKinney ordered Ferguson to have no contact with the prosecution’s witnesses ahead of his August 2 trial.
Ian Cargill represents Ferguson.
