Murder accused to get psychiatric evaluation
A man accused of murder will be assessed to determine if he is fit to plead to the charge.
Stephen Burrows, 32, is charged with the murder of Ricardo Frazier, who was fatally stabbed at Munson Village Road following an argument with a man on August 13, 2017.
Burrows remains on remand at the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services.
Justice Bernard Turner ordered a psychiatric report prepared ahead of the fitness to plead hearing, which will be held on January 30, 2020.
