Funeral service for Rev. Gladstone Wellington Thompson, 84 yrs., a resident of Kendall Ave. South Beach & formerly of Current Island, Eleuthera, will be held at Bethel Baptist Church, Meeting Street, on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Rev. Dr. Timothy Stewart, assisted by Rev. Dr. A. Dewitt Hutcheson & other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment follows in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
He is survived by his children: Janet & Perry Carey, Faye Janice Shire, Anita & George Bodie, Bonny Thompson, Quint & Sheryl Thompson, Bernadette & Keith Clayborne, Carol & Anthony Knowles, David & Karen Deveaux, Troy & Patricia Thompson, Garred Thompson and Lathera & Charles Demeritte, adopted children: Lorraine & Lowell Edgecombe, Barbara & Bernard Smith, Shaketa Hall
