Atlantis introduces TLV Kosher Catering in partnership with Kosherica Glatt Cuisine

In partnership with renowned Kosherica, Glatt Cuisine, Atlantis is offering new signature kosher dining services available through TLV Catering.

TLV Catering is named after TLV, the three-letter airport code for Israel’s hub airport located between Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem, and serves as a nod to the inspiration and featured cuisine. Available to guests and groups of Atlantis, TLV Catering is in partnership with Kosherica, the leader in Glatt cuisine, and helmed by Atlantis’ Master Chef and Vice President of Culinary, Alan Orreal, who was most recently Executive Chef at the renowned Shanghai Disney Resort.

“Whether it’s the flavorful mezes and stews, lush bread, or hearty proteins, I’m incredibly proud to present kosher offerings to Atlantis’ broad audience,” said Orreal.

“TLV Catering will offer bold, yet comfortable, flavors found throughout the Mediterranean and present kosher foods in a completely approachable way.”

Inspired by culture, customs, and cooking techniques most popular in Israel and the region, TLV Catering will offer fare through a contemporary lens. An array of options will include classic and novel dishes that ultimately underscore the power of cooking with simple, fresh ingredients. Menu highlights will include freshly ground hummus, shakshuka, sabich, beef kibbeh, makluba, avocado schnitzel, branzino tartar, roasted cauliflower, and more. A wide selection of kosher wines and spirits will be available.

TLV Catering can be ordered in advance of guests’ stay or for catered events and group functions. TLV Catering will accompany Atlantis’ celebrated fine-dining restaurants such as Fish by José Andrés and Nobu, plus authentic Bahamian offerings, including Sip Sip by Julie Lightbourn and Sun and Ice by Chef Wayne Moncur.
