Campaign to keep St. Andrew’s Anglican School on Exuma open

The Reverend Father Ethan Ferguson-Rector, Deacon Welcott Bain, Vice-Principal Leon Mars and the entire faculty, staff and parents are determined to keep the doors of St. Andrew’s Anglican School in Exuma open.

During a community town hall meeting held yesterday, attendees showed their support for the continuity of the school’s operations and pledged financial commitments. Exumas and Ragged Island Member of Parliament Chester Cooper was also in attendance and made his financial pledge.

The institution was established in 1983 and offers quality education to students ranging from pre-school to grade 12. Students from St. Andrew’s are high achievers who have excelled in the national examinations and many have gone on to pursue higher education at top universities. An appeal has been made to all to assist and make a financial donation to continue the great work of this school. Feel free to contact Father Ethan Ferguson at the school’s office at 1(242)336-2130 or 1(242)336-4130 to inquire about how you can partner with St. Andrew’s.
