Funeral Service for Dorothea Ruth Aitkens age 76years of Port New Providence will be held on Saturday February 08, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Christian Life Church, 49 Sea Breeze Lane. Officiating will be Pastor Jay Simms. Prior to service Mrs. Aitken was cremated.
Dorothea Aitken was predeceased by her parents William Bill Minns and Doreen Minns, her brother George Minns and nephews Wayne and Monty Minns
Left to cherish her memory are her Husband of 56 years: Andrew Aitken; Sons and Spouses: Drew Aitken and Soni, Troy Aitken and Petrina; Granddaughters: Annabelle Aitken (USA), Sierra Aitken (USA), Victoria Aitken (USA), Brianna Aitken (USA) Sarah Rose Aitken (USA); Grandsons: Daniel Aitken (USA), Noah Aitken (USA); Sisters: Elizabeth Gantt (Fla.) Brenda Brown, Vivian (Dee Dee) Maroney; Brothers: Henry Minns, Steve Minns, Hadden Minns; Brothers-in-law: Capt. Michael Brown, Reagan Gantt (Fla.); Sister-in-law: Sue Minns; Nieces: Michelle Brown, Donna Bowe, Julie Schmidt Brown (Spain), Sonia Fraser (USA), Lisa Gantt (Fla); Nephews: Stuart Brown, Shane Eldon, Todd Eldon, Cameron Minns. Also the Staff at: Aitken Frame Art, Aitken Photography, and Aitken Sign Shop.
