James Audley Gay | Funeral Service

Funeral service for the late James Audley Gay age 79 years of South Beach and formerly of San Salvador will be held on Saturday, June 20th, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at All Saints Anglican Church, All Saint’s Way, Joan’s Height, South Beach. Officiating will be Father Stephen Davies. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, John F. Kennedy Drive and Gladstone Road.

Due to the Government Orders and related restrictions placed on funerals, attendance is limited to (30) family members. The family apologizes for any inconvenienced caused. Everyone in attendance must wear a mask covering the nose and mouth. Six feet physical distancing is required at all time.

Left to cherish his precious memories are Six Sons Alfred, Dannie, Samuel, Shervin, Steven, Daron Gay. Five Daughter: Iirene Knowles, Sandra Gay, Sharon Brown, Andrea, Gay, Starlene Mark. Daughter-in-law: Marcia, Shannon, Angelecia and Baranette Gay. Sons-in-law: Eddie Mark. Sister-in-law: Velma Burrows, Elra E. Ward and Angie Gay. Brother-in-law: Clayton, Elton, Eddins, Limus, and Elvin Taylor One Sister: Beverly. Brothers: Hon. Dr. Norman Gay, Lloyd Gay, and Samuel Gay: Adopted: Stefan Rahming, Derek Coleby, Anthony Sweeting and Collin Smith. Grandchildren: Felix, Jessica & Sean Smith, Shivron, Danio, Antonya, Sandor, Jasmine, Jason, Sameka & Leanardo Williams, Alliyah, Samara, Felicity, Avery, Amanda, Akeem, Justin, Daniel, Lekania, Michelle, Jennifer, Andrew, Claudine, Dianna, Princess, and Tyrine. Thirty-Five Great Grandchildren; numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbors. Special thanks to the King, Francis, Coleby, Munroe, Ferguson, Demeritte, Malcolm & San Salvador Families, the medical team of the Private Ward of the Princess Margaret Hospital and many others too numerous to mention.

 

Viewing will be held in the Irenic Suite at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Ltd., Robinson and Soldier Roads on Thursday  from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
