A jury was yesterday impaneled to hear the sex case of the son of former Governor General Sir Arthur Foulkes.
Prosecutors allege that Joseph Foulkes, 52, molested a 12-year-old girl sometime in 2012 while she was a guest at his home.
Foulkes, who is on bail, has denied the charge of unlawful sexual intercourse at his trial before Justice Guillimina Archer.
Linda Evans and Destiny McKinney are prosecuting.
Sonia Timothy has been appointed to represent Foulkes.
