A 70-year-old man is accused of the indecent assault of a 10-year-old girl.
Prosecutors allege that Cardnell Rolle indecently assaulted the child on January 10.
Rolle denied the charge at his arraignment before Magistrate Samuel McKinney.
He was granted $5,000 bail and ordered to return to court on March 1 for his trial.
