A man accused of killing a man due to “dangerous driving” denied the allegation yesterday.
McFalloughn Bowleg, 29, of Sapodilla Avenue, Pinewood Gardens, appeared before Deputy Chief Magistrate Andrew Forbes charged with killing in the course of dangerous driving.
Prosecutors say Bowleg killed Edward Lundy on March 22 while driving south along Mackey Street in a manner dangerous to the public.
Bowleg will go to trial on October 12. In the interim, he was granted $5,000 bail.
Attorneys Jomo Campbell and Ryszard Humes appeared for Bowleg.
