A man convicted of indecently assaulting a four-year-old girl has abandoned his appeal.
Christopher Rahming, 46, told the Court of Appeal judges that he was no longer interested in challenging his conviction.
Magistrate Samuel McKinney convicted Rahming of indecent assault in April and sentenced him to 18 months in prison.
Rahming was arrested in 2021 after he was accused of touching the child’s genitals.
