Funeral service for the late Matriarch Joylean Ellen Miller – Bain affectionately called “Joy” age 98 years of Kenya Ave, Flamingo Gardens and formerly of Mangrove Cay & Kemp’s Bay, Andros will be held on Saturday, August 10th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Greater Chippingham Church of God, Rosebud & Eden Streets. Officiating will be Bishop Carl Dennis Lafrenier assisted by others Ministers. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road. Joylean was predeceased by her husband Charles Bain, sons Carl, Clarence, and Arthur Bain and James Bethel, Son-in-law, George Turner; Left to cherish her life and legacy are her children: Naomi Bain-Turner, Nurse Maureen Bain-Ellis and Ethimae Bain-Hill; Thirteen Grandchildren Three of whom predeceased her: Hayden Deno, Celestial and Jerome Bain. Karl Bain, Brendalee Cunningham, Charlene Ayotte, Juliet, Irah, and Ryan Turner, Loverne Bain-Grant, Michael Bain, Aniqua Bullard-Sawyer, Gerard Bain, Clint Bethel; Thirty six Great Grandchildren: Marial, Raniaha and Karla Bain, Alonzo and Alexis Cunningham, Nadia, Arielle, Zacharie and Eleazar Ayotte, Vernique Turner, Theran Rolle, Julius, Ryanne, Ryniece and Ryniah Turner, Robert Grant Jr., Mickel, Mickeala and Mickenzie Bain, Shakil Hanna and Dr. D’Angelo Munroe, Arthur Jr., and Abigail Sawyer, Angel and Angelique Bain, Clinique Bethel, Jerome and Jenario Bain, Caitiyn, Jared, Devyn, Ethan, Joshua and Shawna Bain, Lydia Woods and Nicholas Blucher; Four Great Great grandchildren: La’miah Johnson and Milani Oscar, Isreal Carey and Aubrey Mullings; Grandsons-in-law: Sargent Harcourt Cunningham, Robert Grant Sr. and Michael Ayotte; Granddaughters-in-law: Paulette Bain, Natasha Turner, Bernice Bain and Inderia Bain; Sisters-in-law: Ceslyn and Marcella Bain; Godchildren: Colette Forbes, Coleen Bain-Gilligan, Mavine Strachan, Mayaglena Bullard-Penn, Roston and Godfrey Rolle.
