Michael Nicholas Mosko

A funeral service for the late Michael Nicholas Mosko, J.P., age 76 of Freeport, Grand Bahama, who died on Monday 5th September, 2022 in Athens, Greece, will be held at The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, West Street, Nassau, on Monday 19th September, 2022 at 10.00 a.m.. 

Father Irenaeus Cox will officiate and Internment will follow at Ebenezer Church Cemetery, East Shirley Street, Nassau.   

Mike is pre-deceased by his parents Nicolas & Eleni Mosko, and parents-in-law Fotis & Anna Katsikeris and his sister-in-law Valda Mosko. 

Mike is survived by his wife of 46 years Mary (Katsikeris) Mosko and their son Andrew and his children Emmanuel and Sophia Mosko and their daughter Deanna, her husband Gianluca “Luca” Battello, their sons Alessio and Nicolas Battello; his brothers Emmanuel Mosko and Terry Mosko and his sister Katina Mezulanik; brothers and sisters-in-law: Tina Mosko, Dr. Nikos Katsikeris, and Margarita Katsikeris, Irene Katsikeris, and Konstantinos Tolis, and Jan Mezulanik. As well as numerous nieces and nephews and grandnieces and nephews in The Bahamas and in Greece.  

Extended family and Good friends: Emiliana and Giancarlo Battello and Tarek Merchant and Claudia Battello; Bill and Anne Woodman, Maitland and Daphne Cates, George Anastasakis, Ken and Marsha Flowers, Neko Grant and Barbara Grant, and Carlton Wildgoose. As well as the entire Mosko Realty Grand Bahama Office.  

The Family would like to thank the Minister of Foreign Affairs Fred Mitchell, his staff and the Consular Officers in the United Kingdom and Greece. The Family also acknowledges the support of Iram Lewis Member of Parliament, and Michael Pintard FNM Leader.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Kemp’s Funeral Home Limited, 19 Palmdale Avenue, Nassau on Sunday, 18th September, 2022, from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m (Trisagion at 6.00 p.m).
