Murder accused has bail reinstated

A man accused of a murder that took place 18 years ago had his bail reinstated.

Richard Rolle, who is awaiting trial for the October 3, 2004 murder of Lido McIntosh, had his bail revoked for missing a court date.

However, Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson yesterday approved Rolle’s release on $9,900 bail.

Still, she warned Rolle that his bail would be revoked again if he missed any future court dates.
