Funeral Service for the late Reginald Alphonso ”Reggie” Mortimer age 76years a resident of Masons Addition will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, West Street North. Officiating will be Rev’d Fr. Glen Nixon. Interment will follow in the Catholic Cemetery, Infant View Road.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and sister Agatha.
Reggie is survived by his only child Tannya Mortimer; three grandchildren: Tzaddi Ewers and her husband Clement II, Santangello Berry and his wife Kathleen and Keanu McLean and fiancé Brooke Seymour; two great grandchildren: Clement III and Madison Ewers all of the Cayman Islands; one brother: Gerard Mortimer; five sisters: Thelma Johnson, Barbara Chotoosingh, Maria Albury, Beverley Leconté, and Val Mackay of Nassau Bahamas; two brothers-in law: Wendell Johnson and Nelson Mackey; one uncle: Edmund Mortimer of Hollywood Florida, special nieces Judy Sweeting and Tanya Leconté, the Saxons’ family, numerous nephews and nieces, grand and great grand nephews and nieces, and an abundance of extended family and friends.
There will be No viewing at the church.
Relatives and Friends may pay their last respects at Butlers’ Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Ernest and York Streets on Thursday, March 16, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Social Distancing and Face Masks will be enforced.
